Attaway History

Originally constructed in 1967 by Alvin “Tex” Attaway, and most recently renovated in 2013, Imperial continues to be a family-driven venture owned by the Attaway family. Unique to other retail centers, we maintain an on-site leasing and management office (located in Suite #9A) to ensure that our tenants’ daily needs are met with an immediate response.

Imperial also employs a maintenance team, led by Bruce Miller, which supports our on-site management team in dealing with day-to-day maintenance matters.

Imperial’s optimal exposure is a function of irreplaceable real estate and strong real estate fundamentals. The intersection of Wadley & Midkiff Road, which is a 4-way signalized intersection, experiences a combined daily traffic count (aka “AADT”) of more than 57,000 vehicles.
